The Compagnie Saharienne
Who are we?
The Compagnie Saharienne, a French rally-raid and adventure structure, was founded by Arnaud Delmas-Marsalet 30 years ago. Adventurer as well as entrepreneur, he participated in theDakar rally on 3 continents, by car and truck, in Rally and Classic; as well as many other legendary events (Africa Eco Race, Rally of Morocco, Tunisia, Pharaohs...). Historical importer in France of Toyota initially intended for the African continent, the company located in the southwest of France now offers high-end rental services for its vehicles, perfectly suited to adventures such as the Dakar Classic. Arnaud is now supported by his son Lucas who develops the competition and photography department.
Fleet
The fleet dedicated to the rally-raid is made up of Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ 78 (specifically prepared for the Dakar), 2 Renault Kerax 6x6 trucks as well as a complete team of mechanics/logistics. This fleet can be further enriched with assistance vehicles (such as Toyota HZJ 105 or Toyota Hilux) and/or additional partner vehicles during the Dakar.

In thirty years, more than a hundred adventurers and great travelers have trusted us to provide them with the ideal vehicle for adventure.
Among them, Amaury Sport Organization (A.S.O), owner of the Dakar and the Tour de France, acquired, from Compagnie Saharienne, a fleet of 13 Toyota HZJ 78s which ensured the organization of the Dakar for 10 years on 3 continents.

In 2023, A.S.O. renewed its trust in us by acquiring a large fleet of Toyota GRJ79s from Compagnie Saharienne, imported, approved and registered in France by us.
